Phase 1 (June

- Developing a buddy
system for people who are visually and hearing impaired so
that they can be assisted in the event of fire and publicise
escape strategy in reception
- Architects drawings
for new accessible toilet, identification and obtaining of
funding and installing of new toilet.
- Architects plans
for refurbishment to simplify layout of the building
- Entrance-level
car parking area, ramp, rails and Braille sign, new weather
mat, transitional lighting
- Investigate costs
for automatically operated door
- Widening internal
doorframes and install new glass panelled doors with fittings
and door hinges to ensure full access to Community Resources
