This involves supporting and facilitating the development of voluntary and community organisations through the provision of advice, practical services and resources, information, training, facilities and identifying funding. High Peak CVS is co-ordinated by Chief Executive Kevin Skingsley with a small staff team delivering it’s services and projects. The CVS has a management committee / board of directors, who take the lead on governance, strategy, personnel and sustainable development and ensure that the organisation is responding to the needs of the sector. In addition, the Small Group Project has it’s own advisory group.

Our offices are in Whaley Bridge, central to the area covered by the High Peak CVS, with excellent road and rail links to the surrounding main towns of Buxton, Chapel, Glossop & New Mills.
